Wallmart is now entering the cellphone industry with some unbelievable offers. For $30 customers can have 1000 texts, 1000 any time minutes and 30MB of data. However, if you bump up to their $45 plan, all of the mentioned is unlimited! The best part of this offer, NO CONTRACTS!
However, the Walmart smartphone may not be what you are looking for. While not yet offering cutting edge phones on their Straight Talk plans, they do have some nice older smartphone models such as the Samsung Galaxy Precedent and the LG Optimus Q as well as several Nokia smartphones.
I'm sure as this program grows for Walmart, they will be attracting new smartphones to their lineup in no time.
